Stord, the consumer experience company, is seeking an onsite HR Coordinator to partner with the local operations team and elevate the employee experience. This role supports employees, partners with warehouse leadership, and helps implement a consistent Stord culture in a dynamic startup environment.
The role is onsite Monday–Friday in Atlanta, with rotating shifts during peak season. You will develop SOPs, analyze people data, and drive engagement initiatives to sustain performance and culture.
