Responsibilities- Find and attract top talent, both internally and externally.
- Identify and maximize channels of talent that support critical functional areas.
- Research current recruiting trends and provide team recommendations for best practices.
- Represent the company at events such as career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviewing events and business fairs to schedule and conduct interviews.

Education:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or another related field required
Software Knowledge:
Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
Must be detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task, and maintain confidential information
