Your Role: As a Recruiter, youu
2019ll be instrumental in our mission, working with a spectrum of Engineering, Manufacturing, and Distribution clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting full life-cycle recruiting for contract and permanent positions.
• Identifying potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including internet sourcing and internal systems.
• Conducting preliminary interviews to qualify candidates.
• Collaborating effectively with our team of Recruiters and Sales Representatives to drive success.

• Individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of professional experience in related fields.

• $45-50K base salary, depending on experience, plus a competitive commission structure.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
