ProjectDescription
The team is actively building and supporting multi-customer features in a microservices-based IAM platform. Development follows Agile methodology with two-week or monthly sprints, delivered continuously to production. The platform is based on Spring Boot services written in Java 8/11, and adheres to modern Dev Ops practices with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code. We are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer who will assess the current product and propose an improved deployment and CI/CD strategy.
This role requires technical excellence and leadership to collaborate with the Dev Ops team and deliver meaningful infrastructure enhancements.

- Review and assess existing Dev Ops and deployment pipelines;
- Design and propose infrastructure and CI/CD strategy improvements;
- Lead implementation of Dev Ops changes, guiding the existing team;
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to align technical direction;
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployments;
- Document and communicate Dev Ops processes and changes effectively;
- 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops or infrastructure automation;
- Strong experience in Dev Ops and infrastructure automation;
- Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins;
- Proven ability to assess complex environments and design scalable CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience supporting Java-based microservices in production environments;
- Ability to lead and collaborate with globally distributed teams;
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills;
- English level: B2 or higher;
- Availability to work during standard EU business hours (some late meetings may occur occasionally);
- No on-call rotation required;
