The Target Pay Range for this position is $-$ annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $ annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.

Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

In the Senior Business Analyst - Encompass Mortgage LOS role, you'll be a strategic partner and trusted guide-connecting business needs with effective, innovative technology solutions that elevate how BECU serves its members during the home lending process. As part of this work, you'll play a key role in BECU's current Mortgage LOS transition to Encompass and later support ongoing systems administration once the new platform is fully implemented.

You’ll use your curiosity, relationship building skills, and broad application knowledge to uncover opportunities, streamline processes, and influence how systems evolve. Your work ensures that teams across BECU have the tools, insights, and support they need to succeed. As a senior contributor, you empower others-mentoring analysts, leading complex initiatives, and shaping future ready solutions that make a meaningful difference.

To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, , CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week. For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/related discipline required, or equivalent work or education related experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with business software applications.
