Summary: Data Analysts collect, process, and interpret large datasets to help organizations make data-driven decisions. They create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Collaborate with business teams to define metrics and KPIs.

Conduct statistical analysis and modeling.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Document methodologies and data workflows.

Recommend actionable insights based on analysis.

Maintain and update data visualization tools.

Support ad-hoc reporting requests and business decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills/Duties:

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).
Ability to interpret business requirements into data models.
