* Dynamics 365 Technical Solution Architect## Description We are looking for a seasoned Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and a strong command of enterprise integration architecture. In this role, you will own end-to-end technical solution design across complex, multi-country ERP programmes — from shaping the integration landscape and data architecture to guiding development teams and supporting presales.

You will act as the bridge between business requirements and scalable, Microsoft-aligned technical solutions, with integrations at the centre of every design decision.

Core Focus:
Integration Architecture Integration is a first-class concern in this role. You are expected to design and govern the full integration landscape, including:

- Architecture of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns (REST/OData, Service Bus, Event Grid, Webhooks)- Azure Integration Services stack:
Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), Service Bus, Event Grid, Data Factory
- Dual-write and Dataverse integration for cross-Dynamics-app scenarios- D365 native integration capabilities:
Data Entities, DIXF (Data Management Framework), Business Events, recurring integrations- ISV and third-party connector strategy, including middleware platforms (e.g. Mule Soft, Biz Talk, Boomi)- API design standards, versioning, security (OAuth 2.0, AAD), and governance
- Integration testing, monitoring, and operational runbooksoffice remote

* D365 F&SCM Technical Expertise:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&O)
* Strong background in X++ development and D365 technical architecture patterns
* Deep knowledge of D365 extensibility: extensions (no over layering), event handlers, CoC (Chain of Command)
* Mastery of Data Entities, DIXF/Data Management Framework, and Business Events
* Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Visual Studio, and Azure Dev Ops for D365 ALM
* Familiarity with D365 performance tooling:
Trace Parser, SQL insights, LCS monitoring
* Integration Architecture:
* Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIM, Event Grid, Data Factory)
* Strong understanding of synchronous vs. asynchronous integration patterns and when to apply each
* Hands-on experience with OData, REST APIs, and SOAP-based integrations in D365 context
* Experience with Dual-write / Dataverse integration scenarios
* Ability to design for resilience: dead-letter handling, idempotency, retry policies, circuit breakers
* Familiarity with middleware platforms and ESB patterns
* Cloud & Dev Ops:
* Solid Azure platform knowledge: compute, storage, networking, and security fundamentals relevant to D365 deployments
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and ALM in D365 projects
* Understanding of Azure Active Directory, managed identities, and OAuth 2.0 in integration security
* Soft Skills & Delivery

Experience:

* Experience delivering complex, multi-country ERP implementations
* Ability to communicate architecture concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
* Comfortable operating across the full project lifecycle: discovery, design, build, test, go-live, and hypercare### Nice to have
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) in enterprise D365 context
* Knowledge of D365 Finance or SCM functional processes (GL, AR/AP, procurement, inventory, WMS, manufacturing)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities in Finance & Operations apps
* Experience with ISV solutions commonly layered on D365 F&SCM
* Microsoft certifications: MB-500 (D365 Finance & Operations Developer), AZ-204 (Azure Developer), or AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect)
* Background in large enterprise, multi-wave ERP rollouts
