SAP Lead Functional Analyst - Vistex

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Architect, design, implement, and document Vistex V4 application solutions in an SAP/S4 HANA environment.
• Design and provide ongoing recommendations and best practices from technical and operational aspects.
• Provide SAP Vistex support to internal customers and projects.
• Take ownership of small projects as assigned.
• Communicate with management and elevate issues as needed.
• Monitor day‑to‑day project execution to ensure the plan is being followed.
• Ensure system support documentation is kept up to date and contains any changes as a result of upgrades or redesigns.
• Manage and approve insurance requirements for all contractors.
• Manage certificate of insurance software.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a directly related field of study with a focus in IT, plus the following experience.
• 6 years of progressively responsible & related hands‑on experience with SAP Vistex technologies.
• 6 years of combined experience leading teams through implementation, upgrade & maintenance projects.
• 6 years of combined experience to include EACH of the following: ERP applications, system development life cycle, dynamics of application development projects & IT practices & methods.
• 6 years of combined experience to include utilizing EACH of the following: principles, techniques & methodology of project management, quality management & change management.
• 6 years of combined experience utilizing Charm change control & transport management application.
• 6 years of combined experience to include EACH of the following Master Data & Transactional Objects:
  Customer, Materials, Pricing, Rebates, Sales Orders & UOM cross‑reference files.
• 6 years of combined experience with Sales Orders to include EACH of the following: processing, pricing, billing, Customer Master, Returns & Rebate processing.
• 6 years of experience translating basic compensation plans into Vistex agreements.
• 6 years of combined experience in troubleshooting & debugging SAP Vistex configuration & underlying code to determine root cause & propose resolutions within the Vistex commissions & rebates applications.
• 6 years of combined experience performing & supporting system design & customization in IP modules & buckets for various business processes.
• 6 years of combined experience overseeing, administering & coordinating system upgrades & patches for ERP business Sales, Distribution & Vistex processes.
• 6 years of experience providing technical assistance in the preparation of new system development proposals.
• 6 years of experience developing SAP/Vistex user procedures & training curriculum.
• 6 years of experience keeping up with current ERP management trends, literature & technologies to identify opportunities for improving business processes & assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems.
• 6 years of experience translating business requirements into system requirement specifications.
• 6 years of experience executing &/or coordinating system integration testing.
• 6 years of experience performing tests & modifying application configurations to resolve errors while ensuring business acceptance.
• 6 years of experience assisting the business users as needed in UAT activities required to move changes & enhancements to production systems.
• 6 years of experience managing projects/work tasks in a timely manner.
• 6 years of experience clearly anticipating & communicating project issues.
• 5 years of combined experience configuring EACH of the following: calculation buckets & number ranges, condition type groups & different condition types, & accrual & settlement profiles.
• 5 years of combined experience supporting Vistex module proof‑of‑concept for commissions & rebates applications using SAP S4/HANA, Vistex Incentives & Payback modules.
• 5 years of experience with current technologies that support SAP S4/HANA.
