Position: Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst 1

Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst 1

Location:

Atlanta, GA (100% Onsite | 24/7 Shift Work);
Duration: 6+ months;
Compensation: $17-$18/hr

Role

Provide frontline IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues on initial contact.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve or escalate desktop, Windows 10, printer, and phone issues.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple technical tasks independently.
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of IT/computer support experience (preferred).
  • Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Windows 10, and ticketing tools (BMC Helix preferred).
