Service Now Developer (ITSM & SPM Focus)
Contract-to-Hire
Hybrid (1x per week onsite)
We're looking for a skilled Service Now Developer to join a high-performing team, focused on ITSM and SPM solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance Service Now applications using best practices and agile methods.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and configure Service Now ITSM/SPM modules
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure performance, security, and maintainability across apps
- Mentor junior team members and support platform improvements
- Recommend out-of-box solutions over customizations where possible
- 5+ years experience in Service Now development
- Strong background in ITSM, SPM, and core Service Now modules
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration tools (REST/SOAP)
- CSA certification preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
