Senior Insight & Analytics Lead

This position is on-site in Valencia, Spain.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent SQL and R or Python
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings
• Proactive, results‑driven, and hands‑on approach toward problem solving

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner

• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses
• Develop and implement models to support business decisions
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data‑driven solutions
• Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives

• Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization
