Sr. Solution Architect leads one or more work streams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements, partnering with key collaborators to drive and achieve the vision while completing key deliverables. They serve as hands-on advisors, using strong communication skills, solution and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of the client’s business to deliver customer return on investment.
Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
- Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
- Guide agents to support delivery
- Work collaboratively and demonstrate strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and prescriptive thinking across various levels of a client organization
- Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to resolving issues
- Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners
- Review and correct project direction and key artifacts to keep programs on track
- Drive a program vision and articulate program strategies to enable technologies including the Salesforce platform
- 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies
- 3+ years experience in Regulated Industries
- Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform
- Ability to drive agentic delivery, with experience in AI tool chains
- Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape and delivering comprehensive solutions
- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system designs
- Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams
- Strong presentation skills; ability to articulate rationale to various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to develop materials for diverse audiences
- Team player with experience in enterprise implementations with multiple work streams
- Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate with people in diverse roles
- Resourceful and innovative thinker who can solve problems
- Travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven results delivering high-value business outcomes using agile approaches
- Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories
- Relevant Salesforce certifications & Accreditations (CG Cloud, REX Accreditation)
- Consulting experience is strongly recommended
- Veeva experience is strongly recommended (Life Sciences)

Compensation:
In the United States, compensation is determined by location, job level, knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 - $227,000 annually. Benefits may include bonus, equity, and other programs. Details are provided by the recruiter during hiring.
