Position SummarySenior Technology Operations Specialist (Sr. Technology Ops Specialist) responsible for infrastructure stability, availability, and performance. Focuses on day-to-day operational health: monitoring systems, executing maintenance, managing service requests, and updating documentation. Candidates will also use AI/ML tools for predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and automation.

Responsibilities- Lead monitoring and maintenance of critical technology services and infrastructure platforms, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance.
- Execute advanced operational procedures, complex maintenance activities, and system upgrades following established protocols.
- Manage escalated service requests, incidents, and operational issues via ticketing systems; provide expert troubleshooting and resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform advanced monitoring, analysis, and reporting using enterprise monitoring tools; identify trends, predict potential issues, and recommend proactive measures.
- Conduct complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution for infrastructure platforms and technology services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive service improvements and support strategic initiatives.
- Three (3) years of technology operations / system administration experience (preferred).
- Technical Skills
- Distributed Systems – experience with AI-powered observability platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog with ML insights) to manage cloud workloads across nodes.
- Windows Server – configuration management, performance tuning, troubleshooting, security management, and use of AI-assisted tools to predict performance degradation patterns.
- Linux – shell scripting to build automation pipelines feeding operational data into AI dashboards or self-healing scripts.
- Mainframe – experience with legacy mainframe technologies is beneficial.
- Operational Awareness – AI-assisted incident triage, pattern recognition, decision-support tools to proactively identify issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a technology operations or related role.
- Ability to work independently.
