Overview
Veterinary Technicians and Practice Managers will serve as Field Support Representatives (FSR) for Diagnostics. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies, maintain customer accounts, educate clients, and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
Responsibilities- Travel up to 75% of the time, managing schedules and supporting customer events.
- Install and train clinic staff on IDEXX analyzers (Pro Cyte, Catalyst One, Sedi Vue, InVue).
- Provide on‑site technical troubleshooting during critical visits.
- Plan and strategize customer visits using various programs to optimize engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians, staff, and peers.
- Manage personal professional development and growth within the role.
- 3+ years of experience in a veterinary practice or similar environment.
- Familiarity with IDEXX products.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Residency in the Savannah, GA area with willingness to travel within and occasionally outside the territory; relocation required if outside territory.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
- Effective listening and adaptability to diverse client needs.
- Comfort with technology (computers, tablets, smartphones); computer networking knowledge is a plus.
- Physical capability to handle equipment, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods.
- Vision and hearing acuity sufficient for customer interaction.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Hourly rate $30–$35, based on experience.
