Job Overview

As a UX Content Designer at CVS Health®, you will create intuitive and verbally engaging user interfaces and experiences for digital products and applications, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement content solutions that meet user needs.

• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for digital products and applications.
• Conduct user research, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and complex UX designs that integrate theoretical concepts into practical solutions.
• Ensure seamless user interactions, adhere to content design principles, and continuously iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Design systems to deliver innovative and impactful digital UX solutions under general direction.
• Assess specialized functional areas to determine strategies for enhancing digital user experiences.
• Assist in managing digital UX projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and completion within established parameters.
• Implement processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in digital UX content.
• Coaches and mentors junior‑level content designers to create intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in UX content design or a related field.
• Adept at problem solving and decision making.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Adept at development and execution (planning, delivering, and supporting).
• Adept at fostering a growth mindset—agility and self‑development.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; specialized training or relevant professional qualification acceptable.

Typical pay range: $83,430.00 - $. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
