Founding Data Engineer

• Architect and maintain the organisation’s core data infrastructure.
• Build batch and streaming pipelines integrating diverse internal and external data sources.
• Manage dbt SQL models and apply healthcare ontologies (e.g., SNOMED, ICD, FHIR).
• Develop pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Support AI, clinical, financial, and operational workflows.
• Deliver projects such as real-time dashboards, CDC systems, reverse ETL, and performance analytics.

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience, ideally building from 0→1.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience designing scalable data architectures and pipelines.
  
  Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work independently.
• US work authorisation.
