Title: STORAGE/SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Kendall Park, NJ
Responsibilities- Engineer, configure, install, maintain and upgrade customer's storage hardware and supporting applications.
- Plan, design, and implement SAN infrastructure environment.
- Recommend solutions for modifications or enhancements using current and emerging technologies to solve issues.
- Administer EMC storage arrays such as DMX 3000 and CLARiiON using EMC Navisphere.
- Migrate data from IBM SVC, Clarrion, DMX to VMAX using open replicator (HOT & COLD PULL).
- Perform auto provisioning and virtual provisioning of EMC VMAX.
- Create and maintain Cisco and McData switches zoning.
- Migrate from Symmetrix to DMX and set up disaster recovery using SRDF/A between two DMX.
- Provision storage for Windows cluster environments, VMware, and Linux/Solaris host environments.
- Configure, restore, and troubleshoot TSM backup setup.
- Ensure design, capacity options, redundancy, and overall end-to-end storage responsiveness.
- Back up all configurations appropriately.
Two (2) years of experience in the duties listed above.
Salary$52,000 PER YEAR
Work Schedule40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
