Position
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Implementation Specialist I – ADP
As a member of the Connections Implementation team within Comprehensive Services, you will set up EDI file feeds between Workforce Now (WFN) and third‑party benefits vendors to ensure enrollment and demographic information is transmitted successfully.
Responsibilities- Effectively manage connections projects in various stages of implementation; provide technical guidance on account structures, analyze and review test files, and create new coding/mapping jobs for each file.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve benefit set‑up, data, and coding discrepancies.
- Drive the connections projects using project management and problem‑solving skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Basic project‑management skills.
- Excellent time‑management, organization, and communication skills.
- College degree is great but not required; experience that demonstrates relevant skills is acceptable.
- Military experience demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through.
- At least 3 years of client service or customer‑service experience.
- Business consulting experience.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- EDI implementation or support experience highly desirable.
Base salary: USD $18.56 – $34.66 per hour. Compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.

Location & ScheduleHybrid work schedule. Candidates must reside near one of the following ADP locations:
Augusta GA, Norfolk VA, Tempe AZ, or Schaumburg IL.
