QTS Realty Trust is seeking an On-Site Support Coordinator (OSC) to resolve incidents and provide 1st line technical support. You will handle desktop support, SaaS applications, and collaboration tools, while working with Enterprise IT and Engineering to maintain a reliable technology ecosystem.
You will join a rotating shift schedule (8 AM–5 PM, 4 PM–1 AM, or Midnight–9 AM) and contribute to continuous improvement through documentation and knowledge sharing.
