Cybersecurity, Systems Engineer
We're seeking someone to join our Endpoint Security team as a Windows Infrastructure Technical Lead in Cyber to implement the Firm's Cybersecurity Strategy by architecting, engineering, deploying, and operating technical security controls and capabilities for the global Enterprise. This opportunity can be based out of our Alpharetta, GA or Baltimore, MD.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer position at Vice‑President level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities- Be part of a Global cross‑disciplined Agile team working with Dev Ops practices within the firm's Endpoint Security fleet.
- Have strong Windows Desktop/Infrastructure/Security knowledge and experience working in very‑large enterprise, on‑premises, and cloud environments.
- Have strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, coupled with excellent development, communication, and organizational skills.
- Be responsible for continuously improving the quality of our technology solutions, through a range of methods including peer review, retrospectives, and refactoring as required.
- Communicate regularly with product owners across the global technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
- Manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
- At least 7 years of hands‑on Information Technology experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System running in a large corporate infrastructure (10 000+ endpoints).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Windows OS environments.
- Competency with scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, Perl, etc.
- Experience in Design/Engineering/Architecting new solutions from Proof of Concept to Production.
- Interest in cyber security technologies, open to constantly learn.
- Experience with SCCM/In‑Tune for software deployment management.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.

Expected base pay: $120,000 – $170,000 at commencement of employment, with additional commission, incentive compensation and other benefits.
Compensation (Baltimore Applicants)Salary range: $135,000 – $190,000 per year, with annual discretionary incentive compensation, eligibility to participate in business‑unit incentive plans. Additional benefits as described above.
