Gold Sun Chemicals LLC is looking for a talented Net Suite Administrator to join our team in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in managing and optimizing our ERP systems to support a fast‑paced chemical industry environment. • Administer, configure, and maintain the Net Suite ERP platform day‑to‑day
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within Net Suite
• Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities
• Oversee Net Suite integrations with third‑party applications and tools
• Provide end‑user training, support, and troubleshooting for Net Suite‑related issues
• Manage system updates, patches, and Net Suite release evaluations

• 2+ years of hands‑on Net Suite administration experience
• Proficiency in Suite Flow, Suite Builder, and Suite Analytics
• Experience with Net Suite customization, workflows, and scripting (Suite Script a plus)
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes including finance, inventory, and procurement
• Net Suite Administrator Certification preferred
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non‑technical users
