Program Manager - Cybersecurity and Network security projects

10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 8 years focused on cybersecurity or network security projects.

• Demonstrated experience managing firewall migration, network security infrastructure, or security operations projects in large enterprise environments.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and at expected quality in a Fortune 500 or equivalent‑complexity organization.
• Experience managing project budgets of $500K+ and cross‑functional teams of 10+ members.

• Strong understanding of firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet, Check Point).
• Working knowledge of network security architectures: DMZ, segmentation, zero trust, SD‑WAN.
• Familiarity with incident response frameworks (NIST CSF, SANS Incident Response, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Understanding of threat intelligence lifecycle, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and threat platforms.
• Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, Phantom, XSOAR).
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (PCI‑DSS, SOX, NIST 800‑53, FAA/TSA cybersecurity directives).

• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
