Health Care Compliance Service Associate
ADP is hiring a Health Care Compliance Service Associate. The Service Associate will serve as a trusted advisor to a dedicated client base, providing Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance services.
Responsibilities include driving compliance strategy, collaborating with HCM contacts and third-party partners, providing strategic insight on ACA eligibility, affordability, reporting, analytics, penalties, exchange management, source data files, and cross-platform integration. The associate will support clients using ADP’s Comprehensive Health Compliance solution, deliver an end-to-end client experience, manage complex client situations, and act as a strategic partner to help clients understand marketplace implications of their HCM practices.
Whatyou can expect on a typical day
- Provide Strategic Insight. Act as an ACA expert and trusted partner for ADP’s largest clients, offering guidance on eligibility, affordability, reporting, proactive penalties management, exchange management, and related HCM business practices.
- Navigate Client Complexity. Manage clients with varying levels of complexity arising from unique HCM practices, industry, and platform mix.
- Analyze and Develop Solutions. Deliver the ACA service model end-to-end, sharing industry updates, product updates, and impact assessments.
- Manage Difficult Situations Effectively. Handle potential issues proactively, setting realistic expectations and partnering with HCM Success Executives, consultants, and technical partners to resolve issues.
- Serve as Mutual and Strategic Partner. Own client success by providing market insight, risk identification, and proactive support.
- A minimum of 3 years managing and supporting a dedicated client base in a B2B environment.
- College degree preferred but not required; strong job-related skills and experience are sufficient.
- Health Care industry experience
- Strong client relationship skills
