Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents.
  • Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file in state and federal courts.
  • Conduct depositions and hearings.
  • Negotiate settlements.
  • Provide legal guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Qualifications
  • A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Georgia (GA) state bar.
  • Litigation experience; experience with depositions & hearings preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to think critically and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex legal documents.
  • The ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to legal ethics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to resolve disputes effectively.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
