Maintain and process shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This includes developing and posting delivery schedules, compiling and organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts, routing merchandise to proper locations, paying expenses, and handling claims such as returning damaged goods and liquidation merchandise.

• Receive merchandise, organize and maintain the receiving area, and complete required documentation.
• Track and process claims, return damaged goods, handle liquidation merchandise, and maintain the clearance area.
• Use technology to capture required reporting and documentation.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures; handle hazardous materials safely; and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, implementing related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to change, feedback, and learning.

• Forklift certification or obtain certification within 30 days of job entry date.
• Minimum age 18 years.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00.
* Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
