This is a part-time, remote Maintenance Technician role supporting facility operations and service requests. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, assist with troubleshooting building systems and equipment issues, and coordinate repair activities with on-site staff or vendors. Daily responsibilities may include reviewing work orders, advising on maintenance solutions, documenting service activity, and providing technical guidance for janitorial and maintenance teams.

The role requires clear communication, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities in a remote support capacity.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Preventive Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for building systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of facility safety standards and basic building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret maintenance documentation, work orders, and technical manuals.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in facilities, building services, or a related maintenance field is preferred.
