Trade Compliance Project Manager

Overview

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

• Work with leaders to manage high level strategies and future department plans and communicate and report metrics to senior leadership regarding status of projects.
• Work with leaders to understand high level strategies to formulate and implement future directions.
• Determine context and scope of requests and evaluate what is reasonable and feasible within the defined limits and scope of proposed projects.
• Identify gaps and other opportunities within the business for improvement by working with ISC stakeholders and utilizing continuous improvement process strategies.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing priorities related to costs and requirements.
• Manage project timing, goals, and budget to ensure customer expectations are achieved.
• Create, maintain, and distribute reports on project status, costs, issues, and performance to established targets and timelines on a regular basis.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are communicated and incorporated into the project and program process.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in integrated supply chain, operations, or related field required.
• Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  M2- 5 or more years of experience in related field required / M3- 8 or more years of experience required in related field required.
• Must have good communication, organization, and time management skills.
