Responsible to the AVP for Auxiliary Services for total operation and management of Parking Services, including staff supervision, budget development, daily operations, parking plans, maintenance coordination, violation identification, construction coordination, customer service initiatives, and additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Manage fiscal operations, authorize expenditures, recommend revenue collection and fee structures, oversee administrative requirements, inventory, budget preparation and reporting.
- Create and implement parking policies, regulations, and service plans; develop long‑term parking needs plans.
- Lead and supervise the parking operations team – recruitment, training, certification, performance evaluation.
- Provide direction and overall management of parking operations: permits, enforcement, lot operations, maintenance, event management.
- Serve on Parking Operations, Campus Safety, and other work teams; coordinate parking information with campus leadership and departments; provide accurate information on web platforms and social media.
- Address concerns from students, faculty, staff, and visitors; handle citation appeals.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Chief Auxiliary Officer or university.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with five years of applicable experience.
- Valid driving license with good driving history.
- Supervisory experience in parking permitting, enforcement, operations or related logistics environment.
- Experience with parking management and parking access control systems.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with large university or complex parking operations.
- Experience with AIMS Parking Management and/or FLASH parking equipment.
- Experience with financial accounting and payroll systems.
- Prior customer service or retail, logistics, military, or event management experience.
- Interpret policies and procedures; plan effectively; make sound decisions; forecast parking needs.
- Prepare, manage, and analyze budgets.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external organizations.
- Utilize modern information technology.
- Communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of administrative processes, budget procedures, facilities management, supervision elements, accounting practices.
- Excellent analytical, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
- Shift: Days M–F (outside normal hours may be required for exempt employees).
- Pay Band: 15.
- Salary:
Minimum $82,800 – $105,600 annually (commensurate with qualifications). - Recruitment Period: 2/6/26 – 2/27/26.

- Motor‑vehicle report required for positions that require driving university vehicles.
