Amentum is looking for an Operations Reliability Manager to join our team!

Purpose and Scope:

The Operations Reliability Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing operations support to collect and analyze data for accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reports in support of United States Government (USG) requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data to prepare statistical and analytical reports, verifying content and compliance prior to submission to senior management.
  • Coordinate timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management, site management, and customer.
  • Advise and support senior leadership, operations staff, and site management teams on CDRL reports and requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with operational requirements, communicate results to senior leadership, forecast future requirements, and assist in development of work processes to meet customer needs.
  • Provide status reports and recommendations to customer and senior management on emerging operational issues and/or projects.
  • Train and coordinate subordinates in collection and analysis of data for report generation in accordance with customer requirements.
Minimum Position

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Minimum four (4) years of experience in DOD and/or civilian operations. Prefer U.S. military experience. Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or associated discipline preferred. Additional experience/education may be required by assignment or contract. Knowledge of major U.S. military functions and operations. Basic understanding of government contracts and DOD procedures. Ability to gather and analyze events, metrics, data, and write reports.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to prepare research reports. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of research methodology, principles, and procedures. Additional knowledge/skills may be required by assignment or contract. Must possess an Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Generally works in normal office environment, but may be required to travel domestically on short notice.

Compensation Details:

$75,000 to $125,000

The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good‑faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
