Regional Operations Director
We are seeking an inspiring and motivated Regional Operations Director to oversee approximately 7-10 dialysis centers and a team of 200+ teammates across a dual‑market portfolio (Houston and West Texas). This role is based in Houston and includes oversight of both local Houston clinics and the West Texas region.

Geographic Scope:
Houston clinics and the West Texas Market (Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, and San Angelo).
- Lead and inspire a team of approximately 10–12 direct reports, fostering a “powerhouse” culture dedicated to quality and compliant patient care.
- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities, monitor division performance, and partner with the Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies aligned with DaVita’s mission.
- Address top growth priorities and patient census; lead successful operational conversions for acquisitions.
- Full P&L responsibility; manage labor budgets, financial revenue growth, and contract management.
- Review and analyze gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures; identify issues and implement proactive solutions to drive key metrics and clinical outcomes.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape; proactively assess SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) for the division.
- Proven experience in multi‑site operational leadership (healthcare experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large‑scale P&L ($30M+).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing 10+ direct reports and large frontline teams.
- Ability to travel monthly for multi‑day site visits.

- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
- Availability for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight).
