Automotive Service Manager Rare Opportunity! Established Ford Dealership with a Strong Team & High Traffic Shop Previous Automotive Service Manager Experience Required.

North Georgia Ford Blue Ridge is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to oversee the service department's operations, ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service. This position will lead a team of skilled technicians while fostering a collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes quality and efficiency.

This is an opportunity for a proven automotive leader to join a respected dealership with a loyal customer base, a strong reputation in the community, and the resources needed to support a successful service operation. We are looking for a hands‑on manager who can effectively lead people, improve processes, and create an environment where both employees and customers thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee service team performance and training
  • Develop and implement service department processes
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment adhering to OSHA workplace rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance service offerings
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Previous Automotive Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or Assistant Service Manager experience required
  • Ford dealership experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and departmental performance
  • Understanding of dealership service operations, KPIs, and financial reporting
  • Experience managing technicians, advisors, and workflow processes
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
