Store Manager (Specialty)
Store Managers build a team of top performers, create an amazing customer experience, and empower the team to be their very best. They manage all aspects of the store, including hiring and training associates, overseeing operations, and achieving sales and profitability goals. A positive environment that engages managers, associates, and customers day‑to‑day is essential. The Store Manager reports to the District Manager.

- Oversee all controllable expenses such as payroll and training to increase profitability.

- Remain composed in the face of challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes, and other merchandising and visual expectations.
- Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of the Assistant Manager.
- Schedule employees to their strengths to maximize productivity.

- 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
- May require occasional travel to other store locations and attend district meetings.
Eligible for bonus under the Management Incentive Plan. All associates are eligible for an associate discount on merchandise at all Catalyst Brands. For paid holidays, associates eligible for paid vacation (MTO) are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year.
All store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday will receive additional compensation.
USD $43,400.00 - USD $62,000.00 /Yr.
