Juvenile Program Manager DF

• Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff.
• Provides social services to assist in rehabilitation of law offenders in custody or on probation.
• Makes recommendations for actions involving formulation of rehabilitation plan and treatment of offender, including conditional release and education and employment stipulations.

• Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of job-related experience in a human services delivery setting, which includes one (1) year experience in a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role.
• or Seven (7) years of direct case management job-related experience working with offenders and their families in a human services delivery setting which includes one (1) year experience in a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role.
• or Two (2) years of experience at the lower level Juv. Probation/Parole Spec 3 (SSP
  132) or equivalent position.
