Under the direction of the Director, Supply Chain Operations, the Senior Manager, Procurement provides strategic leadership and oversight for Augusta National Golf Club's procurement function. This position is responsible for establishing procurement strategies, governance standards, supplier relationship frameworks, financial controls, and operational objectives that support Club and Tournament operations. The Senior Manager leads the Procurement team, ensuring procurement activities align with organizational priorities, budgetary goals, risk management practices, and service expectations.
This role develops long-term sourcing strategies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, oversees departmental financial performance, and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and stewardship of Club resources.
This position is a full-time, on-site role in Augusta, GA.
Job Responsibilities
Provides leadership and direction for the Procurement function, establishing departmental objectives, performance expectations, and long-term procurement strategies aligned with Club and Tournament operations.
