The Director of Annual Giving provides strategic leadership and oversight for the institution's annual giving program, developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies that increase donor participation, strengthen the philanthropic pipeline, and advance institutional priorities. The Director leads a team responsible for multi-channel annual giving initiatives, including annual campaigns, employee giving, giving day efforts, digital fundraising, crowdfunding, and donor engagement strategies, while collaborating with Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement colleagues to maximize impact.

This role develops and manages annual giving plans and budgets, aligns fundraising efforts with comprehensive campaign goals, cultivates a culture of philanthropy among internal and external constituencies, and leverages data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate outcomes, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Provides strategic leadership of the Annual Giving team and collaborates with Alumni Engagement and Major Giving to plan, oversee the execution of, and evaluate integrated annual giving initiatives, including direct mail, email appeals, annual campaigns, crowdfunding, digital fundraising, and other engagement strategies. Drives efforts to strengthen the donor pipeline, increase donor participation, and deepen alumni engagement in support of institutional fundraising goals.
