Pay Rate: $18.00 – $18.20 per hour

Shift: (1st Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; $18.00/hr) (2nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM; $18.19/hr) (3rd Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM; $18.20/hr)

• Operate industrial production equipment and machinery.
• Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials, pallets, and finished goods.
• Utilize cranes and hoists to lift and position materials as needed.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials according to production requirements.
• Monitor processes and perform quality checks.
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns.
• Complete required production and material-handling documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience (required).
• Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery.
• Compliance with PPE and safety standards required.
• Crane and/or hoist experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in heavy industrial or high-volume manufacturing environments a plus.
