• Position Type: Full‑time (US)
• Location: Banks Crossing, GA – part of the Taste division
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 48/36 alternating with a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule
• Shift Differential: $1.20 per hour for night shift work

• Safely set up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
• Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions, ensuring high‑quality goods are produced.
• Communicate with supervisors, quality control personnel, and other operators to coordinate production activities.
• Accurately maintain records and documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company conduct policies.
• Report food safety problems and participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety.
• Observe strict safety procedures while maintaining a hazard‑free work area, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Notify supervisors of unusual problems, delays, or safety issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various equipment and machines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changes.
• Ability to work independently and well with others in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient reading, writing, basic math calculation, and accurate data recording.

• Must frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of motion.
• Must work in uncomfortable environments, including hot, cold, wet, humid conditions, and occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and nut allergens.

The pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.
