This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Lathe Operator based in Georgia. The CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC lathe machines to produce precision components. Daily responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, performing routine maintenance on machines, ensuring product quality through inspection, and troubleshooting equipment as necessary. The operator will work closely with the production team to meet tight deadlines while adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC lathe machines, and the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments, quality assurance, and inspection techniques
• Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and regular maintenance of CNC machinery
• Familiarity with production planning and efficient workflow processes
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience with high-volume production runs is preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and following protocols
