American Axle & Manufacturing is looking for a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to join their team in Newton, North Carolina. This fully onsite role will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in a high-volume Tier 1 automotive environment.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and a proven track record in process development and team leadership. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient production while driving continuous improvement and supporting new program launches.
