About the OpportunityA manufacturing organization is seeking four Service Technicians to join their onsite team in Trenton, SC. This is a new position with a strong total compensation package including a performance bonus averaging 16% in 2025. No sponsorship is available and no relocation assistance is offered.
Role OverviewThe Service Technician performs multi-craft industrial maintenance, including installation, repair, and upkeep of industrial equipment and large/complex machinery. This role operates in a manufacturing or industrial field service environment and requires hands‑on mechanical maintenance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform multi-craft maintenance across industrial equipment
- Install and repair industrial equipment and machinery
- Execute mechanical maintenance on large and complex systems
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing or industrial environment
- Minimum 2 years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience required
- Industrial equipment installation and repair experience required
- Mechanical maintenance capabilities required
- Ability to work with large and complex machinery required
- Manufacturing or industrial field service background required
- No visa sponsorship available
- PLC experience
- $34.00 / hr base pay
- Result Share performance bonus — 2025 average payout was 16%
