You’ll be the trusted expert who keeps equipment safe, reliable, and ready to perform. Your work directly supports our customers, your teammates, and the high standards that define Site Pro and Sammons.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain material handling equipment—engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and lifting systems—both in the shop and at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to catch issues early and keep equipment operating to manufacturer specifications.
• Safely disassemble, repair, rebuild, and reassemble components while following all safety procedures and regulations.
• Document work completed, manage parts and supplies, and take part in ongoing technical and safety training.

A solid mechanical foundation, strong problem‑solving skills, and pride in doing the job right. 1+ year of experience in forklift repair or a related industry, with a high school diploma or GED (trade school a plus). A customer‑first mindset, clear communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and continuous learning—including progress toward product certifications.
