Skilled and detail-oriented Tool Engineer to lead tooling maintenance operations. Ability to repair, maintain, and optimize die-casting tools and molds and ensures operational efficiency and safety.
Ability to read 2D
- Drawings and 3D models preferably in Siemens NX / MasterCAM
Operation of conventional and CNC-machines (Flat Grinder, Radial Drill, CNC Lathe, CNC Mill,..)
Preparing and executing CNC Programs (CNC control and using Master
CAM)
Repair and Maintenance Planning
Tracking Repair and Maintenance using SAP/HANA
Supervision of all maintenance and repair jobs
Optimization of mold sets. Trimming dies and spray heads
Quality Assurance for mold components and produced casting parts
Requirements:
5+ years hands on experience with CAD/CAM and die shop planning
