Responsibilities- Plan, document, and lead new employee training to include station by station assembly training, safety, and classroom training on proper use of equipment.
- Create and maintain a detailed schedule for employee training with the expectation that each employee is trained on a new station once per month.
- Create and update detailed training matrix for new and current employees to identify training gaps in different processes.
- Conduct classroom training in conjunction with EHS, HR, and manufacturing to understand policies regarding safety, compliance, proper etiquette, etc.
- Collaborate with plant floor leaders to identify shopfloor training needs.
- Ensure any new and old production line processes are communicated and trained to all necessary employees.
- Audit assembly lines and implement process improvements to ensure employees are trained on the processes they are performing.

Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or another related field required. - Years of
Experience:
PII: 3 or more years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting required. - PIII: 6 or more years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting required; experience conducting training programs preferred.
- Software Knowledge: MS Office, Six Sigma required.
