Material Planner; Onsite

At RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company is seeking a highly organized professional to support engine induction and shipment scheduling.

Location:

US-GA-MIDLAND-MPC. U.S. citizenship is required.

• Maintain DOME, ESVR and SAP with accurate CEC scheduling data to ensure that our Engine Induction and Shipment plans are met.
• Manage each gate to the defined Gated Start and Close, such as Inductions to G1 Close or Material Clear to G2 Roll.
• Develop a roadmap by gate to support the overall master schedule and yearly commitments.
• Monitor Engine Mix and Engine Hours to support a forward growth plan.
• Work alongside Operations to drive overall efficiency and Engine Readiness.
• Manage out‑of‑sequence work events and sequence line loads when needed, including test cell rejects and quick‑turn campaigns.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in operations or MRO, or an advanced degree and 6 months of experience in operations or MRO, or a high school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in operations or MRO.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

USD 68,900 – 131,100 per year.
