The warehouse of the future is equipped with our autonomous robots instead of forklifts and our Atlas 2D pallet shuttles or tote shuttles that allow for high-density storage (no wasted space).

Job Description

The General Laborer is responsible for pre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production/assembly team.

  • Motivate and ensure everyone works according to QSHE standards to ensure all work is done safely, efficiently, and with quality.
  • Comply with the goals of Lean and continuous improvements within the company.
  • as a challenger that all executed activities and processes follow QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.
  • Adhere to safety regulations, maintain a clean work area, and ensure materials are replenished.
  • Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
  • Operate and safely handle power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools.
  • Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards.
  • Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames.
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to lead.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Load and unload assembly cells using an electric pallet mover.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines.
  • Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to detect anomalies.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Capacity to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
