Product Assemblers play a vital role at Bray Controls, safely and efficiently completing mechanical assemblies of industrial valves, actuators and accessories. This position requires strong hand‑eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand for extended periods. Shift work is available for day and night shifts.
Shift6:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday
- Friday;
Saturdays as needed. Additional mandatory overtime may be required, resulting in shifts of 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Monday

- Follow instructions on sales orders and work orders
- Maintain a healthy and clean work environment
- Adhere to company safety production policies and procedures
- Adapt to change and new situations
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Communicate effectively within a team environment
- Read, speak, and write English and follow written and verbal instructions
- Pay attention to detail and precision in work
- Work overtime hours, including Saturdays, as needed
- Permanent work authorization for the USA required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in manufacturing light assembly
- Experience with hand tools (torque wrenches, air impact wrenches)
- Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and flexibility
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Previous experience assembling and pressure‑testing valves
- Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams
- Experience with bending stainless steel and/or copper tubing
- Critical thinking skills
