Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Parts Sorter to assist in the production process by removing and organizing metal parts after laser cutting operations.
** Essential Duties:*
* • Remove (shake out) cut metal parts from sheet metal following laser cutting processes
• Separate finished parts from scrap material efficiently and safely
• Dispose of excess scrap material into designated bins
• Inspect parts for quality and completeness before sorting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
** Requirements/

Skills:

* • Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or metal fabrication processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Dependable with good work ethic

* Physical Requirements:

* • Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Frequent use of hands and arms for handling metal parts
• Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to noise and machinery
