Passivation Technician

Your tasks

• Knowledge of Passivation + Installation components and function details
• Insight in supporting installations like Wastewater Treatment and Automatization System
• Supporting regular maintenance of Passivation line and all devices in connection
• Basic level of chemical analysis for bath parameter control and WW-Treatment (Titration, Ink Test, …)
• Performing chemicals filling, refilling and disposal, Adherence to WI and all required Safety and health precautions
• Basic understanding of Failure Analysis and repair

• 3+ years of experience in passivation/coating in a manufacturing environment required.
• 2 years of chemical analyzation experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or Trade School preferred.
