Line Team Lead

Job Overview

Shift: 1st – Approx. 7:00am – 5:30pm Monday–Thursday.

Reports directly to PAT Line Supervisor – Line
5.

• Read & understand instructions and schedules.
• Lift to 50lbs. at a time.
• Communicate accurately when issuing materials to recipients.
• Perform basic math to calculate inventory and product counts.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team‑working abilities.
• Knowledge of cabinet parts and quality standards.
• Computer proficiency.
• Pass assessment test conducted as part of the interview process.

• Lead area to achieve production goals.
• Prepare daily assignments.
• Ensure security of area and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Train new associates.
• Lead employees to achieve HPU goals.
• Motivate employees to perform their best.
• Plan to prevent part shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
