Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Robotic Welder Helper.
** Essential Duties:*
* • Assist in loading and unloading robotic welding machines before and after weld cycles
• Support operators in preparing materials for welding processes
• Ensure proper placement and alignment of parts within robotic systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around welding stations
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
** Requirements/

Skills:

*
* • Ability to read a tape measure accurately to the 1/16th of an inch
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or welding environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting

* Physical Requirements:

* • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and move materials as needed
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and heat
